Daytime Moon I would wade across your heart,
bear up against the tides, and pebbles, and clawing crabs. Why?
You are the beauty and boldness of a daytime moon. Born for more, born for the love
that can keep to himself the gold of an extra-mile lover. ● Osadolor Osayande © 2018

Salutation
When all is said and done
The nights turn to ash And the mornings shoot out Like seedlings of hope Waiting for love to rise From the watching skies We would look at the earth Return our eyes to each other And say “I love you” And get tilling ●
