Christopher’s poetry collection, Closer, was released by Rebel Satori Press on June 14th, 2011. He received a Full Fellowship to Lambda Literary's Retreat for Emerging LGBT Voices in August 2010. His performance piece: Queer Anarchy received The Dallas Voice's Award for Best Stage Performance. Water and A Christmas Wish were staged at Bishop Arts and Every Day is Christmas. In Heaven at Nouveau 47.

Short stories and flash fiction she has written have appeared in Breadcrumbs and The Well. Her flash fiction fiction piece, Dey Street, won 3rd place in The Well’s fiction competition in 1993.
In 2017 she was attended the Sarah Lawrence’s Writers Week Workshop in Cetara, Italy where she studied writing and painting and fell madly in love with Italy. After completing a successful career as a corporate writer, Rainy currently spends her time working on several new writing projects and plans to publish her first book in 2019.
